Portraits are served in signup order. Amelia takes breaks as needed and illustrates as many as she comfortably can during the live service window. Any unfinished portraits retain their place in the queue and are completed afterward for coordinated return through the host.

How does live wedding guest illustration work?
Guests sign up first come, first served and pose for a quick reference photo. They return to the celebration while Amelia illustrates from the photo. Finished portraits are placed at the display area for pickup.
What happens if every portrait is not finished during the event?
Amelia illustrates as many portraits as she comfortably can during the event. The remaining portraits stay in their original signup order, are completed afterward, and are returned together through the host.
Can couples be illustrated together?
Yes. Couples are welcome. Larger groups depend on the event plan, portrait format, and available illustrating time.
